Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant covering minor accounting roles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting both administrative and financial functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Support Tasks:

1) Manage and organise office files, documents and records, and also assist with general day-to-day office administrative functions. (General office tasks include photocopying, scanning, and managing office documentation filing)

2) Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all operational support function enquiries. (Includes good handling of incoming calls and emails, and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department when required)

3) Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

4) Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

5) Provide support to various departments with day-to-day administrative needs.

6) Align with the company’s need to market and develop brand awareness – and join the on-the-ground team at selected events to reach out to the public.

7) Good understanding of industry-specific terminology and practices: healthcare, IT and finance.

Accounting Tasks:
1) Coordinate with the accounting team (currently outsourced) in relevant processes including the preparation of payment vouchers and keeping track of payable and receivable transactions.

2) Handle basic accounting tasks, such as expense reports and invoice processing, and collaborate with the Group’s finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Requirements:
Proven experience in both administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Position: Social Media Intern
Location: Uptown 1, Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya.
Duration: We’re flexible with the internship duration, but a minimum of 3 months engagement would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling, eye-catching, and shareable content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) 
  • Engage in research to verify the generated content.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key events.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for real-time interactions with our audience.
    Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Analyse data and metrics to optimise social media campaigns and report on performance.


Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, healthcare related studies eg pharmacist, nutritionist etc) or recent graduate.
  • Passion for social media and a deep understanding of various platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging and concise copy.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions would be an advantage.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Position: QA Intern
Location: Uptown 1, Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya.
Duration: We’re flexible with the internship duration, but a minimum of 3 months engagement would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
  • Execute various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, to identify bugs and issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data to facilitate thorough testing.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues that traditional testing may overlook.
  • Identify, isolate, and document bugs and issues found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Verify bug fixes and track the status of reported issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience and consistent product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the testing process.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance is a plus but not required for internships.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, JIRA, and TestRail, is a plus but not required for internships.
  • Basic programming knowledge and the ability to write simple scripts for test automation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to simulate various user scenarios.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to catch even the subtlest issues in the applications.
  • Effective communication skills to provide clear and concise bug reports and collaborate with the development team.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
