Can I mix and match different Microsoft 365 plans?
Yes, you can mix and match Microsoft 365 plans. Please note that there are some license limitations at the plan level. The Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Apps for business, Business Standard, and Business Premium plans have a collective limit of 300 users, while the Enterprise plans are for an unlimited number of users. For example, you can purchase 200 Business Premium seats, 100 Business Standard seats, and 500 Enterprise E3 seats on a single tenant.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that the cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific product and the type of subscription you’ve chosen. Here’s a breakdown:
- For subscriptions with a monthly commitment payment, there is no penalty for canceling your contract at any time.
- For annual commitment subscriptions that are paid on a month-to-month basis, there may be some penalties if you choose to cancel early.
- For annual commitment subscriptions that are paid upfront, NO refunds will be provided if you decide to cancel ahead of time (before the full contract period is completed)

Is Internet access required for Microsoft 365?
Yes, internet access is required to install and activate all Microsoft 365 plans and to manage your subscription account. Internet connectivity is also required to access Microsoft 365 cloud productivity services, including email, conferencing, IT management, and other services. Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Business Standard plans include the desktop version of Office.
The Microsoft 365 apps that you install on your PC or Mac—such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook—are available to you when you’re not online. With OneDrive in Microsoft 365, you also get file storage that you can access when you’re offline. Changes (made while you’re offline) will be synced to OneDrive and across the rest of your devices when you reconnect.
With Outlook, read emails already delivered to your inbox, or draft new emails and meeting requests. Your inbox and outbox will sync across the rest of your devices when you reconnect.
What is being backed up and how is the backup done?
Customers have the freedom to configure their own backup item, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, One Drive files, Sharepoint, and Microsoft team.
Does your service cover the migration part?
Yes. Once you confirm the package type, our service does cover the handling of M365 migration. We will work closely with customers starting with project planning, implementation, which will include knowledge transfer to customers’ IT admin to ensure migration is completed smoothly.
